I Cast This Spell

Sophie Combes — England, United Kingdom

Moving fire, fragile snow,

I spoke to god and he said no,

If he’s so real, why won’t he show

His face is just a place to go.

Always feeling, to and fro,

Kneading through the rotten dough,

I cast this spell of heart and woe,

And you revert to waiting crows.
